10 natural ways[no products] to prevent/get rid of acne.

Do you have oily skin, or break-out a lot? If so, then you probably want to get rid of it! Here are some natural ways to get rid of acne without using products! Comment & enjoy :)

1.Get some sleep! you might not be getting very much sleep at night. you should get at LEAST 8 hours every night this helps your skin because at night is when your body gets rid of toxins.
2.Wash and moisturize your face twice a day. Once in the morning, once at night.
3.Don't touch your face...but if you do make sure to sanitize or clean your hands a few times a day! touching your face can cause dirt and germs from your hands transfer to your face.
4.Clean your pillow cases, and blankets or just try not to sleep on your face at all.
5. Clean your phone off every once in awhile with a damp cleaning wipe. This will eliminate most of the germs and bacteria on your phone so when you are using it they don't get to your skin.
6.Do yoga or stretch! One of the main reasons of breaking out is stress. Stretching your muscles out relieves stress by making your body feel good and when your body feels good you will too.
7. Drink lots of water! Water is good for your skin, and hair! For your hair, it cleans it, and helps it to grow more and easier but don't shower too much, it will dry your hair out and not allow you to have your natural oils from your head and hair, and those oils kind of moisturize your hair without it being all greasy. But for the skin, water detoxifies and clears out your skin.
8.Once to 3 times a week go out of the way and give yourself a facial mask! Try one of the homemade face masks in my first couple posts on this blog, or go and purchase one from the store. Facial masks are good for that deep cleansing you need at least once a week!
9.Take hot baths a couple times a week. Hot water, and bubbles or bath fizz or bath crystals relaxes your body and your mind by wiping out all stress, helping not to break out.
10.Eat healthy. Eating a lot of junk food or candy is bad for your skin. Healthy eating is good for the skin and hair and body growth!

So if you keep all of this up, after at least a week or two you should start noticing how much it all will help!
